Very easy to use

I have great difficulty understanding someone over the phone. In person I do just fine, but over the phone, not so much That made it a chore to call and have my prescription filled every month. When I saw that yall finally had an app to help me order my refills was such a blessing. I couldnt be more happy for this app.

"Service is unavailable at this time." For weeks. Website login works fine. Methinks the problem be not on my end. A share sheet on the login page would allow direct password manager integration, but copy/paste should be sufficient. Perhaps complex passwords are problematic in the app?

Got an app alert today. Opened it, app did not respond. Force closed, got the same alert again twice; opened it again...very slow to respond. Had to tap everything twice. Force closed it, got the same alert twice. Opened it, very slow and had to tap everything twice. Would not login. iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.2.1.

Good app for managing pharmaceuticals.

Great app, much easier than waiting on hold for a live rep for a refill only call.

The app only shows my rx that expired in Nov 2015. There is a current rx that theyve been filling. So I call to refill and asked about the app. Get told its a separate department and to call them. The number I was given to call shrugged it off as "must be something with the system" and told me I will just have to call the pharmacy to refill.

I use the same credentials that work fine on the website, but the app does not connect. This makes the app useless to me.

What an awesome app, easy to configure and use. Once configured you can easily re order and bam your prescription will be shipped.

Something is incompatible with this app and my iPhone. I couldnt even post a review my first try. 3 tries to register on the app over past 6 months result in same error message. Hope developers fix it soon.

An easy way to refill meds. Its there anytime I need
